All stages of development will involve knowledge transfer and education tools to enliven an interactive community teaching process. The cost and CO₂ footprint of all components will be measured and all their performance attributes tested to optimize re-use and maximize energy efficiency.

Project will consist of Single-Family NetZero Home, Tiny-Home Model showcase, Production Facility, and Event Center on 10-acres situated near the city of Ft. Worth, Texas.
Project will be used in partnership with landowner and serve as a working model and showcase location for C4GS-ZEDlife homes.
The project budget is currently estimated at $2 Million subject to additional design and plans.
